Become a PAL
Become a PAL
15–30 Minute Introductory Session
Sometimes the hardest part isn't asking for help — it's knowing where to start.
Become a PAL gives you a place to start.
During your 15–30 minute introductory session, a P.A.L.S. team member will listen to your needs, learn more about your situation, and help you identify practical next steps.
