P.A.L.S. is dedicated to providing young parents and families with access to resources, benefits, and housing assistance that help create stability, strengthen families, and improve quality of life.

We believe that asking for help should not mean having to navigate complicated systems alone. P.A.L.S. works to make the process easier by helping parents identify their needs, understand their options, navigate available assistance, and take meaningful steps toward stability.

Our programs are built for young parents under 26, and we serve Maryland as our primary service area, with resource development expanding into Virginia and Washington, DC.
